Socialising the concept of the Digital Aquarium and how the space would be structured certainly helped with visual aids. Based on the transformative framework for learning innovation for Swinburne, as articulated by my manager, Professor Gilly Salmon, the room would reflect the different quadrants.
With names of 'Play Pool', 'Shallow Waters', 'Deep Dive' and 'Bottom of the Ocean', the space will reflect the different levels of risk and levels of comfort when we venture into something new or different.
Some people may feel more confortable in the 'Play Pool' than in 'Shallow Waters', whilst others will go straight to the 'Bottom of the Ocean'.
What are the different activities which will take place in the Digital Aquarium? And which quadrant do you feel most comfortable in?
